Vietnam’s scenery has to be some of the most unique on the planet, from the steep limestone mountains and the rice-terraced hills to its island-dotted coast. So, calling anyone who’s keen to explore the country – you’ll soon (likely from early 2025) be able to absorb a whole load of that beauty all from beautifully restored vintage trains. Two of them, which originally date back to the ‘60s, have been given a makeover by some of the original engineers who built them, and they’ll be ferrying passengers between the central city of Da Nang and the former royal capital of Hue.
